Any processing fee, documentation fee, or service fee charged by Mortgage Rio is non-refundable once the loan application process has been initiated and documents have been submitted to the lending institution.
Charges deducted from the wallet for CIBIL credit score checks are non-refundable, as the credit bureau charges are incurred immediately upon each check request.
In the event that a loan application is rejected by the lending institution, Mortgage Rio will make reasonable efforts to explore alternative lenders. However, any fees already paid for processing are non-refundable unless specifically agreed upon in writing.
Wallet credits added by admin can be utilized for CIBIL checks and other platform services. Unused wallet balance can be refunded upon request, subject to approval by the admin, within 30 days of the credit being added.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances such as: duplicate payment, technical errors causing incorrect deductions, or cases where the service was not delivered. Each case will be evaluated individually.
